InCommon Workplaces

Inclusivity is the key to maintaining and maximising diversity in our workplaces. Thriving workplaces are places where we feel a sense of belonging and can bring our authentic selves to the table.

How inclusive is your workplace?

Are you interested in doing more to create an inclusive space at your workplace? Does your workplace have diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives you’re proud of that you’d like to share?

InCommon Workplaces is a space to talk about what diversity and inclusion looks like at work, what initiatives are working and where more work can be done.

Every 6 weeks we hold a sector hui/meeting where people from organisations interested in this kōrero come together. We share ideas and practices and ask for your contribution in the creation of InCommon tools. Check out our events page for details and to register for our next hui.
