Inclusivity is the key to maintaining and maximizing diversity in our workplaces. Thriving workplaces are places where we feel a sense of belonging and can bring our authentic selves to the table.

InCommon Workplaces is a space where people from different organisations can meet on a regular basis to share experiences and practices and contribute ideas in the creation of tools that will help workplaces become more inclusive spaces.
